I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree and more than 20 years’ experience working with children, adolescents, and families in academic and therapeutic environments.

Throughout my career, I have provided therapy, counseling, and guidance for individuals with anxiety, mood, and behavioral disorders. I have also worked closely with young children, adolescents, and adults to help them adjust to dramatic changes to their family dynamic, including divorce.

I adapt my therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs of each client, and my treatment modalities may include combinations of cognitive, behavioral, and child play therapy as well as family therapy interventions as needed.

My Philosophy

I believe that every individual has the potential for change. Whether you are seeking counseling for yourself or your child, my goal is to provide my professional guidance as well as a safe and supportive environment that will not only facilitate that change but also encourage everyone involved to express their true thoughts and feelings.

Throughout your transformative journey, I will be your guide, helpmate, and coach who will help set your own goals and to achieve your objectives for the treatment process.
